Smoked Salmon and Prawn Tagliatelle
SMOKED SALMON & PRAWN TAGLIATELLE

Cooking Time: 10 minutes
340g / 12 oz pack fresh tagliatelle
1 x 250g tub creme fraiche
225g / 8 oz smoked salmon trimmings
Frozen pack of cooked large peeled prawns
Freshly ground black pepper
115g / 8 oz pack of baby spinach leaves
AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO.....
Cook the tagliatelle in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the maker's instructions.
Put the creme fraiche into a saucepan and place over a low heat to melt.
Add 3 tbs of the pasta water to the creme fraiche to create a sauce consistency.
Add the smoked salmon, Dill (if using), seasoning and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Drain the pasta and return to the pan.
Add the spinach leaves, smoked salmon, prawns / seafood and together with the creme fraiche, stir through the pasta so the spinach begins to wilt.
Serve immediately with a french dressed green salad and garlic bread.
