These are best served fresh and warm from the oven and are
incredibly moreish!

Ingredients

400g Cooked Chickpeas, drained

A Handful of Fresh Parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon Paprika

½ Lemon, juice only

2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

½ teaspoon Salt
-
½ teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional)
Method

Drain and dry the chickpeas very thoroughly and then place in a roasting tin and roast for 15 - 20 minutes, they need to be golden brown.

Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, chopped parsley and drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Cook for a further minute or two before turning off the heat.

You can use either smoked or sweet paprika - according to personal taste.
