Tahini Sauce
Tahini Sauce
Serves 4 - 6
Quick easy vegan sauce to go with just about anything and a refreshing change for salads of any kind.
Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 tablespoons tahini
-
Juice from one lemon
-
Fresh sea salt
-
Freshly ground black pepper

2-4 tablespoons water (add gradually in case not all is needed)
Method

Place all the ingredients into a bowl or measuring jug and with a small balloon whisk, mix the oil, tahini and lemon juice very thoroughly together.

Add the water one spoon at a time until you achieve a smooth, loose consistency, but not too runny!

Now season, according to taste.

Transfer into a small serving bowl.
