Crispy Cheese Cocktail Snacks
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Cooking Time: 10 - 15 mins
These are absolutely scrummie !!!

Ingredients:
¼lb strong mature cheddar cheese
¼lb parmesan cheese
½lb butter
2 teacups self raising flour
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 teacups rice krispies
AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO……

Pre heat oven to 200°.

Mix together cheddar, parmesan and butter.

Fold in flour, cayenne and rice krispies.

Put teaspoon mounds onto greased baking sheet
-
Cook for 10 – 15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
