Cucumber Rolls

This looks delicious and quantities depend on how many persons you plan to cater for.

I would suggest one egg (2 halves) per person.

Ingredients

​

• One cucumber

• Four eggs

• Crinkly lettuce

• Ripe avocado

• Mayonnaise quarter to half cup

• Few drops of sriacha, acccording to taste

• One pot of black danish caviar

• ​

Using mandolin, cut thin strips of cucumber.

Roll strip around a ball of sticky rice

Put a small piece of crinkly lettuce on top.

Fill with hardboiled egg, mashed with avocado and mayo and sriracha 

Top with danish caviar.
