Fat Burning Cabbage Soup

 FAT BURNING CABBAGE SOUP

 

Remember this one - plus some suggestions for losing a few pounds!

 

Ingredients:

6 large spring onions

2 green peppers

1 – 2 cans chopped tomatoes

1 bunch of celery

Large head of cabbage

1 pack of onion soup mix

Seasoning

Bouillon / currry / herbs – optional

 

 

 

 

AND THIS IS WHAT YOU DO……

 

Finely slice veg and simmer all ingredients until tender.

 

  1. Eat any fruit except banana.  Soup.  Black tea, cranberry juice and water.
     

  2. Eat any fresh, raw, canned veg, (not peas, corn or pulses). Soup.  Baked spud.
     

  3. Eat fruit, veg, soup – no spud.
     

  4. 3 Bananas and skimmed milk.Drink lots of water.Soup – no veg/fruit.
     

  5. 20 oz lean meat, can of tomatoes/6 fresh.  Soup.  Nothing else.
     

  6. Lean meat and veg.  Green leafy veg only.  No spud.  Soup.
     

  7. Brown rice, fruit juice, veg.  Soup.
     

You can repeat 7 day eating plan as often as you like, but do not drink alcohol.
