Lamb Kebabs with Bharat

This is a delicious Middle Eastern spice commonly used for both shish and doner kebabs
Oven-Baked Lamb Shish
You’ll need:

500g lamb shoulder or leg, cut into cubes

2 tbsp Baharat Lamb Shish Seasoning

Optional: 1 grated onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp plain yogurt or olive oil

Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Baking tray + foil

Method

Mix lamb with seasoning and optional ingredients.

Marinate for at least 2 hours.

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Thread lamb onto skewers and place on a foil-lined tray.

Bake at 200°C (fan) for 20–25 mins, turning once.

Grill for 2 mins at the end for extra char if you like.
Chicken Doner with Bharat in a Loaf Tin
Ingredients

500g minced chicken thigh or breast
-
2 tbsp Baharat Chicken Döner Seasoning
-
Optional: 1 grated onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tbsp plain yogurt or olive oil

Standard loaf tin (bread tin)
Method

Mix all ingredients until sticky and uniform.

Marinate for at least 2 hours.

Press the mixture tightly into a loaf tin.

Bake at 200°C (fan) for 35–40 mins, until cooked through and golden on top.

Let it cool slightly, remove from the tin, then slice thin.

A simple way to make stacked-style döner without special tools.

Serve with flatbread, rice, or fresh chopped salad.
