Current projects 2024

 

I usually work on two or three projects at any one time.

 

My preference is to paint birds, especially tropical birds or birds with character and attitude!

I have now made changes to my studio with a purpose built art desk, in addition to my easel and easy access to my various art materials, as required.

​

I mostly paint with water colours, soft pastels, pan pastels and pastel pencils of various makes.  These works are done on Pastelmat or pastel boards treated with Gesso.

​

I belong to various art groups and am a passionate follower of Jason Morgan Wildlife Artist, who runs superb tutorials online and is a huge inspiration to us all.

I have had a lengthy break from my artwork but now beginning to get back to it.
