These cheese biscuits are absolutely scrummie !!!
And given to me by my friend, Sanda

Ingredients

Ingredients:


¼lb strong mature cheddar cheese


¼lb parmesan cheese


½lb butter


2 teacups self raising flour


1 tsp cayenne pepper


2 teacups rice krispies

Preparation

METHOD

  1. Pre heat oven to 200°.

  2. Mix together cheddar, parmesan and butter.

  3. Fold in flour, cayenne and rice krispies.

  4. Put teaspoon mounds onto greased baking sheet

  5. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes until golden and crispy.

  6. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
